NOT (Not On Tobacco)
NOT is a smoking cessation program, developed by the American Lung Association that targets high school students. The program uses discussion and many other techniques to help high school students quit smoking in a supportive environment.

Make Yours A Fresh Start Family
Make Yours A Fresh Start Family attempts to increase smoking cessation as well as decrease exposure to second-hand smoke. Efforts focus on decreasing smoking among pregnant, post-partum and lactating women.

NSTEP provides community presentations at sporting events and recreation activities to inform the public of the dangers of smokeless tobacco.

Freedom From Smoking
Cessation program that is offered two ways: an eight-session group support program and conducted as a one-on-one program. Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department conducts this as a one-on-one program at Carterville Family Practice, which is located at 1006 S. Division St., Carterville, IL.
